J.C. Bear

is a a teacher and story teller. He has taught in many elementary schools throughout the region, talking about trapping and the unique relationship that a trapper could have with the people who lived in the 1800's.

As a story teller, J. C has been performing honoring ceremonies and telling stories to Cub Scouts and at campfire programs for nearly 25 years . He performs nearly 100 ceremonies a year for the Cub Scouts. He has traveled all over the state sharing his tales of a brave's courage.
